2、懂中文，能用普通话交流，会西班牙或意大利语者优先；

3、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力及表达能力；

4、具有商业经营基本知识，热爱时尚百货行业；

5、形象好、气质佳，具有青春活力，喜欢并懂得时尚；

6、若能在11月20日前到岗工作更佳。

工作内容：

1、根据公司运营需要参与1-3个月商场一线门店销售实践工作，体验中国文化，了解熟悉市场及消费者。

2、依据专业特长及公司需要，逐步培养分别承担商务拓展、法律支持、营销策划、百货销售管理、海外采购、翻译等工作，部分优秀人员有机会获得以上多岗培养轮动工作机会；

3、依据专业特长，分别承担与国际合作方、客户、消费者等建立良好的沟通关系，发掘潜在市场及客群定位，开发拓展合理的商品种类；

4、通过多职能协作，共同实现商场各营运部门经营计划与经营目标，推动娃哈哈商业项目快速稳健发展；

5、可根据个人特长设计公司需要的岗位。

工作地点：

浙江杭州或生源所在地国家（意大利或西班牙等欧洲国家）

Position: International Management Trainee (IMT) of WAOW Plaza. (20 person needed)
Job Requirements
1.Only for European students and experienced ones who got degree in china. Better less than 30 years old. Management and Commerce major prefer.
2.Understand Chinese and speak fluent in Mandarin. Spain & Italian nationality prefer.
3.Excellent ability in communication and coordination.
4.Master basic knowledge of business operation; Interested in fashion department store industry.
5. Maintain a good manner of appearance and a good taste of fashion.
6.Start working before November 20th in Hangzhou.
Job Descriptions
1. Participating in the daily operation of store sales for 1 to 3 months according to the requirements of the company; experiencing Chinese culture; getting familiar with the market and consumers.
2. Playing roles in the functions of Business Development/Law/Marketing/ Sales/Oversea Sourcing/Interpreter etc. according to the major. For those outstanding employees, they will have the opportunity to obtain different experiences in different positions.
3.Creating better communication relationships with international partners/ customers/consumers. Exploring potential market and new consumer positioning; developing reasonable commodities.
4. Developing cross-function coordination in daily work. Realizing the goal and the plan of running the mall; promoting the healthy development of WAOW Plaza.
5.We would design a new position according to your specialty and the company needs.
