JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP ECC Sales & Distribution module and integration with other application software/packages as applicable. Collaborate with internal customers, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, recommend and implement solution options.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Troubleshoot functional problems in SAP ECC and other application software when implemented.

- Provide business analysis for operations.

- Customize SAP ECC and other application software functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.

- Assess available technologies and communicate SAP ECC and other application software capabilities/possibilities.

- Prepare business specifications for reports.

- Develop business relationships and integrating activities with other departments to ensure successful implementations.

- Lead ERP projects to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies & practices.

- Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts.

- Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.

- Provide back-up support on the Applications Support Helpdesk.

- Create End User Guides.

- Train end-users on new or changed functionality in the SAP ECC system.

- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or business-related (functional) discipline, with an understanding of programming concepts or equivalent work experience and technical training.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2-3 years of experience in the functional areas of expertise.

- 3 or more years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (Basic Functions, Master Data, Pricing and condition techniques, Contracts and Scheduling Agreements, Billing and Billing interfaces with other applications, Rebates and Extended Rebates, SIS.

- In depth understanding of integration with MM, LE and FI/CO.

- Knowledge of and experience with project management techniques for cross-functional projects.

- Experience with software unit testing, Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing.
