职位描述
? Act as regional liaison between Corporate Purchasing Indirect region Asia and other purchasing or corporate functions in matters related to purchasing processes & systems. ? Support the optimation of corporate processes and adopt the standard processes in region Asia via NPM purchasing self audit, regularly review with local buyers, trainings o purchasers, internal customers and approvers. ? Responsible to improve business warehouse data quality,analyze and support rporting for all purchasing organisation KPIs(eg. Savings, spend, cycle time, utomation..). ? Coordinate and monitor all NPM Purchasing systems ( SAP SRM, SAP BI, SCOUT, RODOGY..) within region Asia; implement and support eCatalogs and utoreplenishment orders to reduce administrative workload within the procurement rganization and enhance indirect materials purchasing automation. ? Lead and implement SPIRIT master data governance project to harmonize vendor ool,increase trasnparancy,data quality and enhance compliance of NPM vendors. ? Implement SAP SRM systems in region Asia,eg CEOS/CEOS+,SPARC, establish the oject team, collect business requirements, work with corporate IT for system setup, esting, user training and follow up with after go-live activities.
职位要求: ? 本科及以上学历;英文流利。 ? 3年以上工作经验,SAP系统技术背景优先,熟练采购模块
