WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

We are looking for a Production Sustainability Specialist with an excellent understanding of and interest in Production Sustainability. Work will include:

• Support suppliers in completing CSR audits and closing out non-compliances where required
• Organize and deliver supplier workshops regularly to update suppliers and factories DW guidance and share best practices
• Conduct shadow audits regularly to understand the quality of our service providers
• Develop and deliver supplier improvement projects to upgrade our supply base
• Assist managers to develop supply base analysis
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging local law, regulations, and standards for the production of DW products
• Perform additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

• Minimum 3 years direct experience within Corporate Social Responsibility
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field: Business, Human Resources, Environmental, Industrial/Occupational Hygiene, Safety, etc.
• Extensive knowledge within Labor/Social compliance AND/OR Environment, Health & Safety compliance
• Ideal work experience includes working as an auditor, consultant, brand representative, factory or licensee representative, or other professional technical service provider
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to adopt to changing demands and a fast phase
• Excellent team player with ability to get along with colleagues and work as part of a team
• Language ability: Fluent Mandarin & English both in writing and speaking
• IT-skills: e-mail, MS world, Excel & PowerPoint
•  Feasibility on travel
• OHSAS180001, ISO14001 or SA8000 Lead Auditor is preferable

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
