Position Summary:

    

LV Drive service and technical Support for the Greater China, including Drives Startup, maintenance and troubleshooting on site, customer training.  Operate as the primary domain expertise for assigned product and customer.

    

    

Key Responsibilities:

    

1.      Responsible for providing on-site LV Drives products start up and troubleshooting as well as technical support on service to Customers

    

2.      Point of contact for coordinating and supporting product issues (quality, application.. etc) per issue resolution process.

    

3.      Collaborate with LVD product BU, quality team, FBL team and Tech Support for customer issues resolution or product / system feedback.

    

4.      Take ownership end to end in the issue resolution process to improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty in day to day work.

    

5.      Function as the primary support of drive spare parts selection, parts tracking, and spare parts stocking recommendation to BU.

    

6.      Regularly feedback and report to product BU on field issues analysis and guide to business / application.

    

7.      Periodically coaching and guide to improve the distributor specialist onsite service capability.

    

8.      Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation / customer report is well prepared.

    

9.      Responsible for external customer training in China.

    

    

    

Minimum Qualifications:

    

1.      Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.

    

2.      Approximately 3~4 yeas of experience in drive system Engineering / Site support / Maintenance.

    

3.      Strong communication skill is essential.

    

4.      Capability of in-depth review of dive applications including drive installations, enclosure assembly, EMC design, power quality, drives sizing…etc. Rockwell Automation LV drive knowledge/work experience is preferred.

    

5.      Project manage and execution experience is preferred

    

6.      Strong English reading and writing skills，Medium listening and speaking capabilities.

    

7.      Ability to work well in a team environment.

    

8.      Able and willing to travel or work frequently in site environment.
