Description:

Missions:

1.Implement =S=
industrial strategy/rule to realize OCP projects from lab functionality to
volume production with good performance of manufacturability/quality/cost

2.Manage & evaluate
electronic supplier according to =S= SSQM for continuous improvement

3.Manage & evaluate
PCBA cost (Components cost & Process cost) according to new design.

50% on PCBA process
& Test , 50% on PCBA should cost / product cost

Direct report to cost
manager , dot line report to EE manager

Responsibility：

1.Output professional
and valuable DFM deliverable to R&D for high performance of
manufacturability/quality/cost

2.Define PCBA
manufacture strategy/process flow& specification

3.Work with quality
people to make out main quality deliverables (DFMEA, Quality control plan,
Process qualification )

4.Manage project
PCB/PCBA prototype making in supplier

5.Provide PCBA/PCB
process support to transfer and localization projects

6.Provide training to
=S= employee on PCB/PCBA process

7.Provide PCBA should
cost

Education:

Bachelor Degree of
Electronics Engineering

Job Related Experience:

At least 8 years
experience in electronic industry and at least 5 years professional experience
in PCBA industrial domain  (not total 8 year, but 5 years in this area.)

Business
Understanding:

-Good at PCBA process,
Design for manufacturing, experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing, know some tools
of DFM & PCBA cost

-Knowledge in PCBA
process design.  =>important, not only know the process, but also know
why is this process?

-Knowledge of PCBA cost
=> could evaluate by self one PCBA cost.

-Good understanding of
quality data, and PCBA mfg KPI, green belt of six sigma is preferred

-Have electronic product
R&D experience and electronics test  are  preferred

-Knowledge of electronic
component: industrial constraints in PCBA manufacturing process

-Well understanding of
PCB fabrication process /related quality standard(IPC-A-600,UL standard)

-Good knowledge of PCBA
cost structure

Others (e.g. language
skills, technical skills):

Fluent oral English, strong
communication skills , be good at English writing
