A career within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

1. 要求五年以上保险行业风险管理、资产负债管理、偿二代管理、内部控制、内部审计管理/咨询工作者优先

More than five years of insurance industry experience on risk management, asset liability management, solvency II management, internal control and internal audit.

2. 熟悉保险公司各业务的端到端流程，对业务过程存在的风险有深刻的认识

Familiar with the end - to - end process of the insurance company's business and a profound understanding of the risks that exist in the business process

3. 主导并负责过全面风险管理、资产负债管理、偿二代管理、内部控制、内部审计等相关专项工作

Leading and responsible for enterprise risk management, asset liability management, solvency II management, internal control, internal audit and other related project

4. 优秀的研究、快速学习、问题分析及解决能力

Excellent ability on research, fast learning, problem analysis and solve

5. 优秀的表达及沟通能力

Excellent expression and communication ability

6. 本科或以上学历，财务管理、信息系统以及金融行业相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, financial management, information system, and financial industry related major

7. 拥有CPA，CIA，CISA，FRM等专业证书者优先

Professional certificates such as CPA, CIA, CISA, FRM are preferred
