职位描述
1. 负责营运现场咨询、投诉工作；
2. 负责租户日常沟通协调，为租户各项活动提供保障，协助各项活动落实执行；
3. 监督租户日常照经营规范，确保购物中心正常营业秩序及良好购物环境；
4. 协助租户店员管理工作，提高员工素质与服务标准；
5. 管理租户档案，协助横向部门收取销售数据，租户需求意见，及催缴租金等工作；
6. 完成上级交办的工作任务。
任职要求：
1. 市场营销或管理类专业大学专科以上学历；
2. 2~3年百货或购物中心营运管理工作经验；
3. 服务意识强，良好的沟通协调及管理能力；
4. 工作地点：广州番禺万博商圈。
