岗位职责:
Take the lead responsibility for key activities within the DDWN agenda such as:
？ Leverage expertise and existing relationships to enhance implementation of DDWN’s strategy (covering our workforce, workplace and marketplace)
？ Developing and driving creative and innovative programs to help *** the unleash their full potential
？ Designing and Coordinating both internal and external activities to promote DDWN, include but not limited to seminar, workshop, article-writing, etc.
？ Partner with and support Marketing, Public Relations, HR, DiDi College, Culture, etc. teams to drive design and delivery *** empowerment programs
？ In partnership with the HR team, develop, maintain and monitor metrics, corresponding dashboards and recurring reports to measure success, glean leanings and incorporate into future strategy and initiatives.
？ Workforce monitoring and measurement

任职资格:
？ Understanding of and exposure to global communities and cultures
？ Experience with strategy development (creation of roadmaps) and project management
？ Experience in scoping, designing and implementing programs in complex, fast-paced and global organizations
？ Proven ability to manage and drive multiple, complex and global projects that are company-wide.
？ Strategic mindset, with on-the-ground vision and solutions.
？ Highly-effective analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy.
