Manage and lead the DP team to work the purchase plan based on the demanding providing by BU.

有效带领需求计划团队，根据BU的需求，制定出采购计划。

The purchasing plan is not only consisted with the business development and but also keep the health inventory level in China DC.

确保采购计划既符合公司业务发展的同时，确保中国仓库库存的合理水平。

• Affiliates commutation

• Keep the good communication with foreign DC and manufactory of the affiliates.

  与国外DC和工厂保持良好的沟通与联系。

• Tracking the PO fulfillment and share the information to BU timely.

  跟踪采购订单的完成情况，并及时告知BU。

• run monthly S&OP meeting, opimize SOP
• 月度S&OP会议，优化SOP流程

• Responsible for the imported shipments status, and ensure the goods arrival and customs clearance process.

• 负责进口货物的情况，确保货物的顺利到达和有效的完税工作。

• Analyzing inventory situation and keep it with reasonable level.

  分析库存情况并保持库存的合理状态。

• Analysis & Reporting

• Finish the weekly & monthly report on time assigned by manager.

  按时完成领导要求的周报及月报。

• Be good at finding and analyzing the problem, and put forward the solution accordingly.

  善于发现及分析问题，并提出相应的解决方案。

• RA sample

• Ensures RA sample process smoothly.

  确保注册样品的采购和到货。

• Others

• Finish all other works assigned by supervisor.
• 完成公司领导布置的其它工作任务。

EDUCATION教育程度

• College degree and/or above in Logistic/supply chain related major.
• 大专及以上物流或供应链等相关专业

EXPERIENCE 工作经验

• More than 5 year’s working experience in supply-chain, experience in medical devices preferred

• 5年以上供应链方面的相关工作经验,有相关医疗背景优先

• ERP experience is a must, and SAP experience is preferred.

  需具有ERP软件操作经验，具有SAP经验者优先

• Proficient in the use of MS Office especially for excel

• 能熟练使用office办公软件，尤其是Excel

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English

• 有良好的中英文沟通能力

• A good team player , initiative, strong sense of responsibility
