COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
? BUSINESS ACUMEN
1. Knowledge and understanding of how business operates through strategic account and vertical market approach.
2. Understanding the role and responsibilities of different stakeholders in vertical market business value chain.
3. Deep understanding on ELV, HVAC and energy efficiency business
4. Expertise in developing strategic account plan, execution and tracking
5. Ability to link customer needs with JCI’s business strategy and solutions, and coordinate relevant resources to achieve the business goals of both the customer and JCI.
? COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Communication skills with ability to deliver clear message, influence and convince (internally interface with vertical market team internally, region sales organization and global strategic account team; externally convince different stakeholders in the assigned customers).
? INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
B2B sales experience in ELV, HVAC, energy Efficiency, and related industry and/or Healthcare vertical market.
? STRATEYIC THINKING and RESULT ORIENTATED
Balance the long-term goals and short-term business objective. Creates development direction and strategies for specified customer to support long-term business expansion with period objectives to meet the short-term business expectations.
? INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Be highly collaborative with ability to animate a multi-cultural community and foster cooperation. Be Innovative while staying within a logical and constrained framework.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field, MBA or appropriate graduate degree highly desirable.
2. More than 10 years working experience in related industry and 5+ years of experience on B2B sales role (Healthcare vertical market is preferred).
3. An in-deep understanding of strategic account approach and strong solution capabilities is desirable.
4. Proven success in a sales, marketing and/or field applications roles is required.
5. Must demonstrate excellent planning, communication, writing and facilitation skills. Ability to adjust strategies and approaches quickly as conditions dictate.
6. Has rigorous and analytical temper to overcome the challenge and solve the problems.
