职位描述
1.协同招商经理负责项目的招商工作；
2.根据招商计划，定期进行业内信息整合并作出招商工作动态调整；
3.分析市场整体动态，撰写分析报告，项目招商资料的准备等；
4.负责日常经营报表、台账的建立，过滤、筛选、分析经营数据，并提出分析报告；
5.负责租赁合同的审阅，跟进合同签订。
任职要求
1.大专以上学历，3年以上商业地产招商工作经验；
2.熟悉写字楼项目运作模式，熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势；
3.具有较强的公关能力、客户意识及商务谈判能力、敏锐的市场洞察力和执行能力，善于整合各类社会资源。
