职位描述
1、跟进管业部、工程部每月系统操作流程；
2、提醒工程部经理按时参加计划中的各种会议。
3、提醒各工程领班定期提交设备保养表格、设备运行表格或客户单元维修服务表格进行整理存档。
4、填报有关报表，（如排班表等）经工程经理签字后上交总物业经理。
5、负责工作部内部的文件、资料、通知的传阅和回收。
6、负责工作部人员的考勤(出勤、年假、加班等)、福利(工资、奖金、加班费)、劳保用品的申报、领取和发放。
7、物资材料和维修工具的入库清点、登记、盘点，以及领用发放。
8、负责现金报销和支票的办理。
9、接听电话、记录留言，做好传真及邮件的记录和传递。
10、参加工作部例会，做好会议记录并整理下发。
11、负责技术档案的整理存档。
12、协助处理物业服务中心其它的文书工作。
13、跟进各类文案草拟；
14、跟进每月大厦水电数据汇总；
15、跟进每月管业部、工程部费用支付流程；
16、跟进管业部、工程部日常采购工作。
任职要求
1、大专以上学历（如有相关工作经验，条件可放宽）；
2、熟悉办公软件操作；
3、有一定文案水平；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强。
