The Senior Associates of this role would be expected to participate in the active growth of our Financial Transformation Practice. They will be working closely with clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their finance operations including:

• Finance Transformation from Strategy to Implementation;
• Financial processes and systems;
• FSSC advisory and implementation;
• CAS and IFRS accounting standards;
• Capital management;
• The other Financial Improvement related to processes and accounting.

The incumbents will participate in delivering complex solutions to a diverse client base. To team with others, synthesize information and develop solid conclusions is a must. The extent of practice development activities will be dependent upon level of experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, management, related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in consulting firm with a focus on: financial transformation strategy; accounting standards; financial processes re-design; FSSC advisory and implementation; capital management; other financial transformation related experiences;
• Experience in the operations, implementation or as a "super-user" of Accounting/ERP systems is a plus;
• Experience in RPA design and implementation is a plus;
• Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus;
• Work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations;
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
• A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations;
• Group facilitation and presentation skills;
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships;
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential;
• Willing to travel within region for projects.
