Responsibilities:
- Market company services and develop new customers
- Conduct extensive industrial and candidate research in specific industries
- Identify and select candidates that match client needs
- Interview and write assessment reports for qualified candidates
- Maintain good relationship with clients and candidates

Requirements:
- College degree or above
- 1-2 years working experience in HR function and or executive search & selection firms
- Knowledge in specific industries such as banking, financial services, chemical, pharm, health care, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literacy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills
- Hardworking and good attitude, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure
