产品经理（风湿类生物制剂）：本岗位隶属于三生制药集团GBU中央市场部。

主要职责：

1、协助上级制定产品管理制度与方案；

2、负责向企业高层提供有助于决策企业战略的市场依据和建议；

3、规划产品战略发展方向，制定产品的长期竞争策略；

4、规划产品年度发展方向，制定产品年度计划；

5、对产品在市场的运营过程进行全程监控；

6、对产品在不同阶段出现的问题进行记录并进行处理；

7、对产品品牌等进行管理；

8、完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

1、临床医学、药学相关专业本科或以上学历；

2、3年或以上外企医药行业APM、RPM或至少地区经理职位工作经验，有特药产品管理经验优先；

3、较强的市场竞争意识和服务意识；

4、主动性强、优秀的学习能力、沟通能力、创造性、突破性，良好的团队协作能力；

5、具备较强的抗压能力，能适应出差。

Product Manager (rheumatic biologics): This position is part of the GBU Central Market Department of Sansheng Pharmaceutical Group.

main duty:

1. Assist the superior to develop product management systems and programs;

2. Responsible for providing market executives with market-based recommendations and recommendations that help decision-making corporate strategies;

3. Plan the strategic direction of product development and formulate long-term competitive strategies for products;

4. Plan the annual development direction of the product and formulate the annual product plan;

5. Full monitoring of the product's operation process in the market;

6. Record and deal with problems that occur at different stages of the product;

7. Manage product brands and so on;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine or pharmacy;

2, 3 years or more working experience in APM, RPM or at least regional manager positions in foreign pharmaceutical industry, with special drug product management experience preferred;

3. Strong market competition awareness and service awareness;

4, strong initiative, excellent learning ability, communication ability, creativity, breakthrough, good teamwork ability;

5, has a strong ability to withstand pressure, can adapt to business trips.
