Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be working in finance AR team in SSC Finance for Fashion  Group China, which supports 2 brands in mainland China. Key work  responsibilities are:

· Perform wholesale advance payment for order and goods delivery control

· Perform Daily sales reconciliation between POS system, accounting system and bank income

· Perform sales reconciliation and deductible expense with department stores

· Sales booking in Microsoft AX system

· Monitor and track the account receivable overdue, minimize the bad debt risk

· Support internal and external auditors for any AR related matters

· Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

· 2-3 years working experience with relevant AR function in a multinational company, retail industry is preferred

· Positive, has strong incentive to learn new things and is able to adapt to new environment quickly

· Detail oriented, can work under pressures

· Good skills in using Microsoft office (especially EXCEL)

· Be able to communication in English fluently

· University graduate, major in accounting, economics, finance or related areas. Preferably to have license of Accounting (会计上岗证), Elementary accounting certificate (会计初级证书) or Intermediate accounting certificate (会计中级证书)

· Experience in using accounting system, Microsoft AX will be a plus
