Job Responsibilities

? Build strong working relationships with the business operational teams.

? Support the development of effective customer solutions in accordance to the IT Strategy and in conjunction with the Regional IT Solutions Team.

? Work closely with the principal software vendor and the regional Warehouse Solution team to identify the right solution to the requirements

? Create strong relationships within the country IT team

? Support the IT Customer Solution team in designing the right solution as part of the RFP process

? Communicate IT Value through engaging the operation team and identify, propose and deliver efficient solution to help improving their operational KPIs

? Gather, document and analyze business / customer requirements

? Work with the teams to translate customer / business requirements into functional / technical specifications.

? Plan and coordinate IT and user testing

? Assist users with defining and documenting run issues for escalation and resolution through regional service desk

? Provide production support for in-country solution components

Requirement: IT Warehouse Solution Consultant

? Strong Analytical skills

? Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding

? Ability to influence and negotiate

? Customer orientated

? Achievement drive and initiative

? Good business / commercial acumen

? Product and process know-how ERP/WMS Implementation experience

? Experience with Manhattan and/or JDA Red Prairie WMS is preferable – other WMS experience will be considered

? More than 3 year of full-cycle implementation projects experience

? Strong knowledge and experience of SQL Query

? Ability to present and communicate his/her thoughts clearly in English and/or Chinese

DPDHL与顺丰控股的联合将打造一个独一无二的平台——顺丰DHL供应链中国，满足中国市场对优质端到端供应链服务的需求。业务仍将遵循DPDHL全球的标准体系，由现有的团队继续运营管理。
