Tasks:
-. Customizing on the defined IT framework(SAP-Netweaver, SAP-CRM) for business process area of Customer Service(Repair and Service Management incl. eService and Mobile Service Processes)
-. The development requirements includes: Reports, Interfaces, UI components (WEBUI and SAPGUI), Enhancments, Middleware, ALE, WebServices (usually based on SAP ABAP and CRM WEBUI Framework) as also Test, Developer Documentation, Performance and Problem Analysis
-. Supporting the international team in IT service tasks (incl. on-duty support)
-. Consulting for Business on SAP-CRM Strategy issues already in the phase of conception


Requirment:
-. Education: Study of Computer/Software Engineering or comparable education level
-. Experience (character):
Experience in SAP-CRM development projects (based on CRM 2007 / 7.0) is highly preferred
High level of experience on Sap Netweaver 7.x and SAP-CRM 7.x technology, special on CRM WEBUI Framework including BOL and Genil is highly preferred)
High level of experience on SAP CRM middleware is a plus
Specific knowledge about business processes of service and repair in it is preferred.
Competence and experience in SAP-CRM Rollout rollout projects is prefered.
Skills in general organization and managing complexity is essential.
