主要工作内容：

Manage end to end, full cycle of recruitment and employment processes, from souring to on boarding 

Be responsible of recruitment activities in Asia Pacific 

Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions, conduct job profiles, and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently 

Implement the strategy and methodology about the CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet posting, headhunter, etc. 

Evaluate potential candidate profiles and screen long list candidates to build a pipeline of quality candidates. Analyze interview feedbacks to provide recommendation and discussion of selection 

Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete analysis of recruiting status. 

Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts 

Develop and maintain new channels 

Prepare regular reporting 

Perform other ad-hoc projects as required 

任职要求：

本科学历，有2年左右猎头经验（***有IT背景）

有良好的招聘能力
