Summary: The incumbent is responsible for daily data analysis and reporting

Department Descriptions

1. Help company achieve mutual goals and develop action plans in detail
2. Support the periodical plan for the company, follow MTP and give out strategic planning if necessary
3. Analyze external business environment, internal operation advantages and disadvantages and build relationships with business partners to help company foresee the potential challenges, and provide a clear direction for company’s future
4. Prepare whole pack of reporting regarding to company’s business for TOP management

Job Descriptions

1. Cooperate with internal departments and external business partners on data exchange, support the preparation and updating of weekly, monthly and annual reports
2. Manage mid-term and long-term strategic projects for the company, participate in project implementation, and propose improvements
3. Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance
4. Arranging routine meeting, responsible for taking meeting minutes, and follow-ups after the meeting
5. Support GM/Manager in strategic business planning & development

Job Requirements

1. Internship/working experience of data analytics, business analysis, or consulting
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, finance or mathematics is preferred
3. Perfect skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Proficient with one or more major BI tools including Tableau/SQL and etc. is preferred
4. Proven problem solving skills, attention to detail
5. Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize, multi-tasks and work under pressure
6. Responsibility and communication skills
7. Entrepreneurial spirit - taking initiative to make things happen
8. Frequent English, both writing and speaking

岗位职责：

1. 与公司各部门沟通合作，整理收集数据，支持周报、月报和年报的编制和更新；与公司外部合作伙伴进行数据交换
2. 追踪管理企业中长期战略项目，参与项目规划和实施，并根据项目实施情况提出改进建议
3. 进行严格的数据驱动分析，并为企业业务绩效和成本预算进行诊断和建模，预测未来发展趋势
4. 安排公司相关会议，整理会议纪要并在会议后进行事项跟踪
5. 支持企划部长/经理的其他企业战略规划和远期业务开发

岗位要求：

1. 有数据分析、商业分析或相关咨询行业实习/工作经验优先
2. 本科或以上学历，经济、金融和工科专业优先
3. 精通Excel和PowerPoint软件， 能熟练运用1种或以上数据分析软件，如：Tableau、 SQL等
4. 有解决问题的能力，并关注细节
5. 善于时间分配，具备处理多任务的能力和一定的抗压能力
6. 有工作热情、责任心，有较强的沟通协作能力和自我驱动力
7. 拥有企划精神——与其等待，不如主动让事情变得更好
8. 较强的英语口语表达能力和商务英语写作能力，能够与外国同事自如交流
