In this role, you have the opportunity to

 

Develop software test platform solutions encompassing design, implementation and testing to meet product system requirements .

Leading the test team, designing, executing, optimizing the test process, enriching test methods, introducing new test strategies and timely feedback on project status, analyzing project risks.

 

 

You are responsible for

 

? Performs software testing (automated or manual) within the systems/agile team throughout the whole development cycle ensuring built-in quality

? Provides test expertise to define and drive software test strategies and initiatives at feature and system level

? Reviews (functional and non-functional) requirements / stories / features for accuracy and testability

? Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing

? Automates tests and tests own code. Selects and applies test management tools / simulation models / test frameworks / scripting languages

? Documents test plans, protocols, and reports

? Supports design changes for quality impact

 

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Manager, R&D, with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders.

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major in a regular university; more than 5 years of test experience,

• Have certain software automation test experience,

• Proficient in automated testingS, familiar with unit testing tools and common open source testing tools  ,

•  Familiar with a computer language (C/C + + /Python), can understand the code, analysis code to supplement the test case;  

• Familiar with Linux operating system, familiar with Oracle/MySQL database operation,

• Strong quality awareness and strict compliance with test process specifications ,

• Love software testing, intends to develop in the field of software testing,

• Experience in medical device industry preferred.

• Ability to work within a cross functional organization with good communication skills.

• Analysis and Solution of Software Testing Problems

• Must be open-minded to assure best design is chosen

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese
