Bachelor in mechanical engineering or related management

5 年左右质量或材料领域工作经验，其中至少3年汽车行业工作背景
5 years relative experience in quality or material management and at least 3 years in automotive environment

熟悉汽车质量要求,如 FMEA,PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMDEC, 8D, 质量改善等
With perfect knowledge of automotive quality requirements such as FMEA,PPAP, MSA,SPC, AMDEC, 8D, Problem solving…

精通塑料加工工艺以及橡胶成型工艺
Experienced in plastic injection process and the rubber moulding process

能够对供应商过程,质量,方案提供技术建议
Able to bring technical advise to suppliers for process, quality, layout…

熟悉技术图纸和几何尺寸公差
Familiar with technical drawing reading and familiar with GD&T

良好的英语口语和书写能力
Good spoken and written English

能出差
Available for business trip

职位职责：

1 根据供应商年度审核计划对供应商进行年度审核，并确保发现项得到关闭
Implement supplier yearly audit according to the yearly audit plan, enxure the finding be closed on time

2 根据供应商月度报告，起草供应商质量指数及时反馈给供应商,并要求供应商采取行动进行改进
According to the quality monthly report, draft the supplier indicator and give the feedback to the supplier, as well as ask the supplier to make action for improvement

3 根据每季度供应商质量表现，推动供应商制定改进行动计划并得以实施
According to the supplier quarterly performance, ask the supplier to make the corrective action plkan and implement

4 量产阶段参与与供应商有关的内部质量活动，QNCR，QRQC,质量改进等
Particpate the quality activity that related the supplier for the mass production, such as QNCR,QRQC, Quality improvement

5 根据IQC和生产线反馈以及客户抱怨推动供应商质量改进活动
Push the supplier implement theh quality improvemenmt action according to the IQC and quality compolaint from production line and customer complaint

6 管理量产阶段供应商产品不良的处理和追踪. 包含拒收，偏差回用，全检，换货,供应商的改进
Manage and follow up the 8D list, ensure all the 8D cloased on time and the supplier quality issue that could be closed on time; as well as ensure STA clarity the quality issues and cost with supplier

7 管理和跟踪8D项目跟踪清单，确保所有8D按时关闭，供应商质量问题得到关闭；确保相关量产STA澄清质量问题和供应商质量成本
Manage and follow up the 8D list, ensure all the 8D cloased on time and the supplier quality issue that could be closed on time; as well as ensure STA clarity the quality issues and cost with supplier

8 量产阶段采购产品质量文件的更新和制定
Update the quality document for the mass production
