以下工作能力或者经验是必须的：
Competency Required:
1，在没有第三方顾问支持的情况下，可以独立完成企业环安卫体系认证并实施。包括ISO 14000、OHSAS18000 等。
Could independently get certification of EHS (ISO 14000/OHSAS 18000 etc.) without any external consultant support.
2，废弃物处理、化学品管理、环安卫培训体系建立、生产现场安全作业指导等具体工作的实操经验。
Experiences in Trash Mgt., Chemical Mgt., EHS training system, Safety WI etc.
3，有过欧美企业以及台湾或日资企业工作经验。
Experiences in EURO/Amercia/Taiwan/Japan companies
4，拥有企业搬迁的工作经验 (此项要求为可选项)。
Experiences in plant relocation （optional）.


职位职责：

依照相关体系要求、哈金森政策的要求来规划及完成环安卫管理体系，制定政策并实施。
Define and implement an environment and safety， healthy management system according to relevant requirements.

贯彻执行国家的安全环保职业健康法律法规及相关的要求
Perform regulation watch, interpret regulation texts, implement the necessary actions to stand with the legal and other demands

提出HSE持续改进的目标和实施计划
Define and suggest goals and action plan for HSE continuous improvement

激发员工安全环保职业健康意识，降低生产风险.
Develop our employees implication for struggling against risk situations

负责协调政府相关机构的关系
Responsible for administrative relation with offical organizations

为公司管理层的HSE状况和改进计划提供建议
Give feedback to top management about implemented system(for evaluation and improvement)

负责警卫管理
Managing guards team
