岗位概要: Key Performance Area

? Lead food safety and quality management for Yogurt Plant.
? Establish and improve Yoplait food safety and quality system.
? Lead Yoplait ingredients control and process control
? Lead regulatory inspection and consumer complaints of Yoplait products.


基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

? Managing ingredients control, manufacturing process, quality control closely in plant/co-packer to ensure products meet all food safety and quality specifications plus relevant regulatory requirements.
? Ensure plant quality system, procedures and SOPs are met and updated according to national and international regulation and GMI policies/standards
? In charge of buildup and execution of HACCP systems.
? Improve quality system in a sustained way to ensure procedures, SOPs are implemented in effectiveness
? Conduct internal audit and organize/arrange for HQ QRO Verification
? In charge of supplier management and annual assessment
? Provide training and retraining to plant staffs and employees to build up GMP and Food safety awareness
? In charge of investigation for consumer complaint
? Build up and maintain good relationship with authorities.
? Develop Yoplait QRO organizational capability

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

? Strong leadership capability and rich plant quality management experience in yogurt or dairy industry
? Diligent, principled, responsible, honest and with strong logical analysis
? With ability to tackle challenges and changes
? Good concept and cooperation on team building
? University education, major in Food Science, Food Processing & Technology, Microbiology or Biological Chemistry
