PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Internal HR Process execution and compliance Lead and coordinate for employee Medical benefit items, i.e. Annual Health Check, flu vaccination, & blood donation;

- Maintain and update East China HR database to make sure data accuracy, i.e. Accumulated Working Times, Occupational Hazards, Hot Season Allowance & Single Child Allowance;

- Provide Employee activities support, e. g. Commercial Insurance & EAP Lunch Talk;Implement Employment Contract renewal process;

- Involuntary termination support;

- Other employee assistance as assigned

External HR Process execution and compliance

- Special working time application to employees under Shanghai registered legal entities

- Local employment procedure handling;Work related injury processing as per local government regulation;

- Other external assistance for employees;  

- Other work/ad hoc projects as per assigned by MyHR Supervisor, Compliance, China 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

Education: Bachelor degree or above 

Work Experience: 3 years of relevant experiences in MNC

Skills: Good communication skill; Good English skill in both written and oral.Good PC skill of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Sound knowledge in related labor policies and regulations of the Government.  

Qualities: Integrity, Detail orientated, Quick learner, Strong sense of responsibility, Good customer service, consciousness, Team player
