Compliance review of reimbursement

1.     Involve in daily compliance review of meeting and activity reimbursement requested by employee and third-party vendor;

2.     Log and follow up the pending reimbursement with employee and third-party vendor respectively in a timely manner;

3.     Conduct appropriate investigation of suspicious reimbursement when necessary;

Compliance training

1.     Deliver the irregular training/newsletter of compliance policy renew/updates to regional employee;

2.     Communicate the review summary of non-compliance issues with regional management team and employees when necessary;

3.     Continuously follow the trends in market and regulatory environment as well as in business practices.

Compliance monitoring projects

1.     Participate in on-site audit of preferred meeting & event vendors;

2.     Conduct on-site spot check for meeting and event when necessary;

3.     Participate in meal & fleet optimization projects;

4.     Participate in third party due diligence projects;

5.     May involve in other compliance monitoring projects when necessary;
