Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects for existing FD offers (MCB, RCD, Switch, SPD, auxiliaries...)

• Responsible for all product evolutions relevant to adaptation, quality, productivity and obsolescence topics

• Coordinate and collaborate with different functions (global plants, MKT, offer quality...) to achieve product quality, cost and time to market.

• Designs/develops new products and subassemblies in a specialty.

• Conduct and participate in Root Cause Analysis, Brainstorming solutions/suggestions, Validation and verification of solutions until implementation

• Provides support to managers through formal and informal interfaces, technical/ business reports and presentations.

• Contribute towards competency improvement

Qualifications:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (M=MANDATORY, O=OPTIONAL)

1. Design competency

• Around 2-3 or more years of experience in an industrial company, like Electrical company, or other industries. (M)
• Good knowledge in 3D model & 2D drawing creation. (M)Proficiency in plastic part and sheet metal design. (M)
• Proficiency in Tolerance management analysis. (M)Familiar with the simulation tools, like ProMechanism, Ansys, etc. (O)
• Good knowledge of FMEA process. (O)

2. Communication & Management

1. English: Read & Write, can organize the meeting with global team. (M)
2. French & Other language (O)
3. Able to work in cross cultural and cross functional global teams. (M)
4. Have the complete project design experience & familiar with the PMP/PEP process. (O)
5. Participate in the Design For Manufactory and Manage close loop with industrialization team. (M)

3. Loyalty & Stability

1. Less than 2 companies during last 5 years (if applicable)
2. Willing to continue career develop in Shanghai. (M)
