JOB DESCRIPTION

– EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret business requirements into effective UI specifications

Prototype screen design work including wire frame layouts and typography, mock-ups, and user interaction elements

Communicate with developers during implementation

Proven skills in interface design with a flair for designing with real users in mind, from initial concepts and storyboards to interface design and testing

Providing graphic UI design support

Conduct user research with customers and partners

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

– TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

A flair for graphic design with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc

Good skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery/Polymer would be a strong plus

Experience of using wireframing tools and interactive media formats

Basic knowledge on UCD process and UX design

Good English reading/writing capability is required

Financial Market Industry product design is a big plus

– EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Bachelors or Masters degree in user interface design, graphic, industrial, product or multimedia design

Quick learner

Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit

Passion on interaction/visual design

Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking

Good presentation skills

Enthusiastic & pro-active, process oriented

Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance and potentially overtime with advance notice from management.

Optimistic, and open-minded.
