Summary of major duties:

1. Achieve sales and P&L plan targets.

2. Leverage position to achieve significant level of account penetration to deliver results.

3. Effectively utilize the company’s analytical tools (e.g., Retail Link, Nielsen, Category Management tools) and processes to drive profitable sales results. Efficiently allocate trade program funds to achieve retail objectives.

4. Select, coach and develop direct and dotted line reports to effectively implement the company’s staffing, training, and performance management models.
