1、负责本公司天猫店铺日常运营工作，完成销售任务，组织制定天猫推广计划，并负责推动执行，带领团队完成业绩；

2、负责策划天猫营销活动，制定年度、季度、月度工作计划并执行，带领团队完成公司制定的营销目标；

3、负责天猫营销中心团队的组建、完善、管理、培训、考核、内部管理流程、明确工作要求并督促执行以及与相关部门的对接工作；

4、熟悉天猫活动规则，精通天猫各类活动报名，了解聚划算等大型活动，懂直通车、淘宝客、钻展等工具同时类目群的公关、资源的争取和店铺推广；

5、懂推广定期针对店铺推广运营效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广运营效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，并给出切实可行的改进方案；控制推广费用、致力于ROI***化；

6、对店铺的UV、销量、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析及竞争对手数据的采集、评估与分析；
