基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

As part of the Brand Finance team, you will partner with key stakeholders across functions to make world class decisions driving the growth of H？agen-Dazs China. This is a high-visibility business partnership team in a fast-growing business, so you will be expected to provide nimble, insightful Finance support in a variety of challenging business situations.

  

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Establish strong partnership with the H？agen-Dazs China business teams to provide analytical support and drive profitable, accelerated growth for the brand

• Perform product, geographic and channel analysis to drive strategic portfolio decisions

• Own the monthly closing, forecasting and budget processes; partner cross functionally to deliver insightful analysis of key metrics

• Drive analysis and controls to support quick and prudent capital investment decisions for the business

• Lead cost and pricing analysis to extract maximum value for the business in the consumer marketplace Provide insightful management reports and build leadership review presentations

• Regularly update performance trackers and other reporting tools to guide management decisioning

            

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual who is able to go beyond traditional FP&A duties and understand the business holistically, identifying key drivers and implementing solutions for business partners.

•  4-6 years of related work experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, preferably in a global / multi-national organization

• Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written, is a must

• Experience in independently driving monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles

• Knowledge of how to make effective, powerful Powerpoint presentations and other review materials

• Able to lead projects and drive results independently

• Highly competent in Excel and Powerpoint

• SAP and other reporting systems experience is strongly preferred

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent

• CPA or related Accountancy qualification is an advantage but not required
