Provide daily IT support for corporate stores;Support store opening / closure;

Provide level 2 support & troubleshooting to POS system & retail related systems;

Implement retail system projects, change request, deployment and release management.

1. POS & Other Retail System Daily Support-50%

CBR POS and retail-related applications / system issue troubleshooting which are escalated from hotline.

Work closely with outsource company to analyze common issue and escalate to internal function experts.

Regularly conduct standard training course for store managers / area managers.

2. Shop Opening / Closure Support  20%

Maintain & finetune IT shop opening / closure procedure

Coordinate shop opening / closing matters between IT, retailing division and outsource company

Follow up POS system roll out schedule to ensure all tasks are finished in time

Setup standard softeware / account and initial data preparation for new stores 

3. IT retail project assistance 20%？

Involve in ongoing retail IT project and provide basic information collected from each store

Cooridinate the meeting among different retail brands and IT

Participate the system user acceptance test

Assist in the new system training to the end users and provide the onsite support per requirement

4. Documentation 10%？

Prepare and maintain system documentation.

Prepare training manual and conduct knowledge transfer to level 1 support.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job ？

Over four years working experience on retail industry and focus on IT support

Experience with various popular POS system, CBR is preferred

Understand retail store opening / daily operation procedure and common equipment features in the store

Familiar with ITIL process

Good interpersonal, communication and training skill

Basic skill in read and written English

Flexible working time, quick learner
