Be responsible for daily maintenance on SAP FI/CO module and global financial reporting. Support business operation to run smoothly. 

1. SAP FI/CO Daily Maintenance-50%
Overall take all SAP FI/CO related user daily operation support on second level, ensure business operation running smoothly
Monitor SAP FI/CO interfaces running status
Support Month-close process. Quick response and problem solving to ensure sales Flash report and BOFC submit on time
Track and solve FI/CO issue through ticket system under pre-defined SLA
Analyze tickets / problem, periodically organize the corresponding know-how knowledge training to system users

2. SAP Bug fix and Change Request-30%
Work with business users closely to understand business requirements.
Research IT solution and document function specification independently
Conduct SAP system configure and coordinate with SAP developer to finish development and unit test effectively.
Actively follow up SAP bugs and change requests
Plan and organize UAT
Stablize and optimize existing FI/CO process

3. FI/CO Related project Implementing 20%？
Coordinate with other appliation engineers to handle FI/CO new requirements and provide SAP support
Configure SAP iDoc to build interface between SAP and other applications.
Actively participate in project to provide basic FO/CO system advice and overall system integration test and user acceptance test

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job ？
Over 4-5 years experience in SAP, 3 years in finance modules implementation and maintenance
Solid SAP FI/CO knowledge, Wholesales & Retail industry experience is preferred.
Deep knowledge of finance accounting principle both for PRC and IFRS. Especially the experience to handle multiple legal entities.
Strong business analysis experience to coordinate with business (Brand, Finance and controlling) and central SAP team
Good problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Passion in studying new business and actively participating in SAP project

University or above in information management, or accounting.
Good documentation skill: MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Visio
Fluent English on writing and speaking
SAP FI/CO knownledge
SAP iDoc knownledge
