Work you'll do:
As Experienced Hire Manager, you will report directly to National Talent Acquisition Head to deliver recruitment strategies, critical hiring and team management. The main responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Management
At management level you are required to collectively own recruitment strategies with key stakeholders by means of relationship management and also reporting accordingly on recruiting progresses.
Lead the strategic efforts to implement recruitment strategies
Relationship management of key stakeholders
Provide value added recruiting-related insight on both market and function specific nuances during goal-setting process
Provide detailed and sophisticated reporting to business owners on a consistent basis
Own function/vertical/market strategic relationships where appropriate
Recruitment Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategic thinking and successes of Experienced Hire by maintaining talent pipeline as well as building employer brand.
Exercise influence and/or manage sourcing and screening function in the execution of sourcing strategy
Participate actively in recruiting activities and own the pipeline of candidates in assigned markets and functions
Establish network of talent within market, vertical and/or function specific through internal activities (promotion, employee referral, internal networking, active solicitation and relationship building) in order to enable external candidate identification
Streamline the recruitment process within specific business function to optimize the talent experience and internal efficiency
Team Management and Collaboration
The role will also include having to own performance management within the Experienced Hire team. Provide proper coaching and guidance to the team and work with the team in strategy planning and execution.
Lead a team of recruiters located across China and Hong Kong
Arrange regular meeting with team to support each other and share experience
Provide manager advise and coaching to recruiters when needed
Work in conjunction with colleagues to share best practices within and across function
Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, commercial or business related major
At least 7 years recruitment experience in a sizable multinational organisation preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese
Experience with stakeholder management at all levels and demonstrates strong organization skills
Experience dealing with and sourcing new external market leads
Flexible and able to perform under pressure
Experience of managing dynamic teams
Strong team working ethics but also able to work autonomously
Recruitment analytics skills for reporting will be beneficial
Experience with recruitment management systems and strong MS Office skills
