1． 负责新零售--天猫智慧门店的店铺的整体运营，达成店铺每月的业绩目标及会员招募数量；

2． 日常事务管理，智慧门店的后台管理与日常门店的对接工作；

3． 准确的制定运营计划及产品推爆计划，提升门店店铺的转化，流量等；

4． 店铺数据统计与分析与改善方案；

5． 后台的活动报名和天猫小二跟进，策划大型活动，组织活动开展并让门店落地；

6.    从线上向门店引流，新零售运营有自己独立的思路，研究运营新玩法，调整运营策略，提升门店销售，促进品牌宣传。
