JobDescriptionandResponsibility

1.负责数据产品团队管理工作。

2.负责数据产品工作，数据产品策划，根据业务需求，转化为产品需求，策划产品功能设计，并输出原型及需求文档；

3.负责安排制定业务项目支持计划并跟踪进度，确保所支持项目如期完成；

4.负责支持项目资源的协调与组织，有较强的沟通能力，确保业务侧和数据团队各关系人协同工作，及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。

Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、物理等专业优先；

2、至少6年以上数据产品经理类工作经验，有技术背景优先；流利的英文沟通能力。

3、熟练掌握excel、SQL，PowerBI，Tableau等数据分析工具，有较清晰的数据结构思维，能够独立完成数据需求流程，有较强的数据分析能力；

4、至少2年及以上大数据平台/人工智能平台等技术产品相关管理工作经验；负责过机器学习、深度学习、数据挖掘等领域者优先。

5、良好的学习能力、团队合作精神、分析判断能力、沟通协调能力，能适应较大的工作压力。

6、能够快速和深度理解业务场景，提炼业务数据分析体系和数据价值驱动点，构建数据驱动产品体系，进行数据产品的抽象、沉淀与整合，提供数据产品化解决方案，并执行落地推进；

7、基于公司业务方向，支持业务部门的项目需求，对数据产品生命周期负责，制定所负责数据产品的后续规划。
