职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Customer Account Management Specialist will manage the customer experience in AP region through one stop service by handling and supporting all sales orders and operational transactions for Compressed Air Systems and Services. They will coordinate the order flow activities across departments and geographical locations regarding as micro project management in order to ensure we meet our commitments to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily track and monitor booking forecast projects and push sales team and internal process to maximize monthly booking amount
Process customer orders (order entry, promise date feedback, payment following up, shipping arrangement, collaboration with operations, supply chain and other related functions).
Apply and follow up bidding bond / guarantee / project authorized certification
Assist sales to finish the Business Partner Application Review through BP system
Review non-standard completes or air treatment to provide lead time& sales price to sales team
Apply new item creation of non-standard completes & air treatment
Review completes contract term (5 key points: LOL/LD/Consequential damage with Legal, credit term with OTC, technical check with PM, delivery term with factory, sales revenue recognition term with Fin.)
Prepare and review critical order and submit to senior leadership team to get contract term approval
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanic Mechanical, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in in a customer facing role and project management, order management, operations or business development with multinational company
Good computer skill, be good at PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Good influencing, communication skills with team spirits
