职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Register regular customer orders and capturing of these orders in SAP
- Contact with Supply Chain, Sales, Trade Marketing about orders and deliveries
- Monitoring customer orders in relation to forecast
- Follow up on order status. When deviations, solve with urgency.
- Register return/replacement orders in coordination with Supply Chain
Premium sales order execution
- Register premium sales orders and capturing of these orders in SAP
- Contact with Supply Chain, Marketing / CRM, Sales, Trade Marketing about orders and deliveries
- Monitoring premium orders in relation to planning
- Follow up on order status. When deviations, solve with urgency.
Sample/Free Goods execution
- Register sample/Free Goods sales orders and capturing of these orders in SAP
- Contact with Supply Chain, Marketing / CRM, Sales, Trade Marketing about orders and deliveries
- Monitoring sample/Free Goods orders in relation to planning
- Follow up on order status. When deviations, solve with urgency.
Customer master data
- Take care for up-to-date customer master data for correct ordering and billing process (Address data, prices & conditions, material listing) for current and new customers.
Key User
Responsible for maintenance of operational procedures within order entry process. First contact when issues arise in SAP concerning order management process. Put in place improvements within these procedures and explain the process to other colleagues.
Requirement:
- College-clerical level, preferably 2 year experience in comparable job
- Good skills in Chinese and English, Working experience with SAP (SD, MM)
