Main responsibilities are including but not limited:

1. Support the annual strategic planning process, including the development of business strategy, operational, innovation and marketing planning

2. Support strategy development, including internal and external analysis, strategic alternatives assessment and analysis

3. Develop growth strategy based on market research, competitive intelligence, strategic frameworks

4. Identify opportunities to maximize returns on current business portfolio

5. Develop and track business performance metrics and action items

6. Manage strategy execution process

7. Work with business development to identify and assess M&A and alliance opportunities

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred

2. Minimum 6 yrs of experience in strategic planning, strategic marketing, or business development. Industry automation or related area experience a plus

3. Creative clear thinker with strategic vision

4. Excellent facilitative, collaborative skills, ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skill is a must

6. Demonstrated leadership ability is critical
