Support the ASM to formulate and implement area market strategy and business plan in line with the area & regional development strategy, to lead & monitor the implementation of Da Lian Bing Program and continuous development of area talents as well as the efficiency and productivity improvement of the team so as to achieve the business & people development target in responsible area.

Ensure adherence to WHO code &China code on BMS,FTSE4Good,Nestle instructions and Wyeth nutrition China policy and procedures

岗位职责 Responsibilities

1. 协助ASM制定区域内市场策略及业务计划，沟通协调并跟踪执行效果；

2. 提升区域内销售效能，包括“大练兵”等项目的部署和落地跟进；

3. 促进人才发展，负责团队培训及提供针对性辅导，帮助团队成员提升能力；

4. 公司文化推动及落地，激励团队，组织实践的经验分享

        

任职要求 Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, with Management Trainee background would be preferred

2. 5-12 working experience in sales; with people management skills

3. Training delivery skills with case compilation ability

4. Good multiple task management and proven ability to build effective relationship with counterparties

5. Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skill

6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy enviorment and ability to multi-task
