PURPOSE OF THE JOB
(Ensure Product/Project/Process quality is built & maintained in offer creation to reach the quality goals of the offer and satisfaction of the customers.)
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
Ensure design process and project/product quality are well built and maintained to reach the quality goals of product offer.
(1) Drive the complete scope of design quality and deploy an effective quality system, quality methods and tools based on Schneider Electric policies and procedures through Schneider quality network.
(2) Act as a project quality leader for offer creation process (OCP) projects, monitor and ensure the design process and project/product quality are under control and check consistency of quality goals to meet the offer requirement, and provide all the quality deliverables such as quality goals definition, quality control plan etc according to Schneider Electric OCP process requirement.
(3) Identify and follow up key quality control points, nonconformity or potential issues during product design, participate the design review and audit the product quality/conformity based on offer requirement and corresponding standards, follow up and verify corrective actions to those nonconformities.
(4) Build and maintain, follow up preventive and corrective actions detected which are related to the process and design, so as to animate the continuous improvement on process and design.
(5) Drive risk analysis for nonconformity or quality issue and be a key decision maker on stop of delivery and derogation.
(6) Organize DFMEA for design, ECSQ for critical parts, PPEP for supplier qualification etc. and follow up corresponded actions.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Master/Bachelor Degree related to electronics engineering, software engineering or factory automation.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(1) 3+ years of experiences related in quality focused on design management, engineering or quality assurance related to electronic products.
(2) Knowledge about product design process, quality management and control tools e.g. ISO9000, DFEMA, 6 sigma, and QC methodologies.
(3) Knowledge about IEC standards related to industrial products and UL etc.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.)
(1) Fluent communication skills both in oral and written Chinese and English.
(2) Good collaboration skills with critical thinking style.
