• Project
  Management. Ensure that all projects are delivered to clients within scope,
  budget, schedule, and to the levels of quality demanded. Note that the
  deliverables of a project will include reports and data feeds, all of which are
  considered in scope of the Senior Project
  Coordinator
  responsibilities.
• Define
  the monitoring and controlling phases for the customer by evolving a
  communication plan and developing a strategy for providing project information
  for both internal and external project stakeholders
• Work effectively with other functional groups
  to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback and insight on workflows to
  ensure smooth operational performance and flexibility to deal with client
  demand
• Work with functional managers to utilize
  resources to efficiently progress the project, and provide feedback to
  organization on process trends
• Continually review and provide feedback on new
  and improved processes, procedures and best practices to ensure total client
  satisfaction
• Represent the company as required at meetings
  with customers and external contractors
• Transactional management of 3rd party
  contractors who deliver our installation resource

• Must
  be detail oriented.
• Ability
  to command project initiatives with a proven track record of achievement,
  management skills and a reputation as a change agent.
• Complete understanding of the Global Supply
  Chain processes which govern the supply of equipment to/from contractors,
  clients and Field
• Combines aggressive initiative with
  professional discipline to accomplish difficult tasks.
• Demonstrates a keen desire to continually
  learn and grow – motivated by success.
• Needs to be able to provide guidance,
  direction for a client-focused team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

  management with experience with implementing complex hardware and software

• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, CRM and
  Microsoft Project.
