JOB TITLE: Buyer (长期外包)

DIRECT REPORT (JOB TITLE)：Senior Sourcing Supervisor

The buyer position is established to handle purchase order daily management, to support the business needs from R&D projects and different functions at China R&D center.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and approve the shopping cart in OneSource system;
• Get proper approval for the purchase order(PO) and release to supplier；
• Follow up PO delivery, including but not limited to PO acknowledgement, delivery on time, delivery rescheduling, etc.;
• Follow up PO payment, including but not limited to invoice submission, invoice issue handling, prepayment application, etc.
• Provide feedback about supplier service, delivery performance for supplier performance evaluation;
• Other tasks team assigned by team leader.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1~2 years’ experience in a purchasing, supply chain or buyer position, experience in MNC is preferred;
• Good understanding of supply chain and purchasing flow;
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP system at equivalent level;
• Good oral and written English.
• Bachelor degree with major in Engineering or business related;
• English CET 4 or above
• Good master of MS office, like Excel, Word, outlook, powerpoint etc.

SALARY:根据个人情况面议。
