Présentation :

Dans l’objectif de former de jeunes cadres chinois répondant aux besoins de développement de Sodexo en Chine, nous avons démarré le programme Chinese Future Leader en 2010. Le programme est basé sur un partenariat avec l’ESTHUA (une des meilleures écoles fran？aises en tourisme, hotellerie et restauration) qui permet aux étudiants chinois de

- Poursuivre une formation de Master 2 en Management de la Restauration Collective financée par Sodexo Chine

- Réaliser des stages professionnels au sein de Sodexo France et Sodexo Chine

- Construire un plan de carrière professionnelle appropriée

- Accéder aux positions de management chez Sodexo Chine

Conditions d’Accès :

- Titulaire d’un Bac+4 chinois

- Excellent en fran？ais – oral et écrit

- Volonté de développer la carrière professionnelle dans les métiers de services logistiques sous-traités

- Proactif dans le travail avec l’esprit de service et l’esprit d’équipe

- Compétences en communication, analyse et recherche de solutions
