Role purpose
To manage the seeds production of appointed crops
through the technical support/advice to vendors/growers and delivers the
order performance in China.

Accountabilities
1. Responsible for Order performance
a. Determine the production planning based on production order risk
assessment, such as production safety and base yield levels at grower
level, to ensure production risks are balanced against the orders.
b. Execute the multiplication crop plan for commercial seeds & deliver the order performance.
c. Respond market requirement of cost, quality and delivery
d. Crop database (develop & maintain the variety production procedure)
e. Quality focused
2. Technology & data communication with global specialist
3. Crop capability / capacity design & planning
4. Vendor strengthen, development and management & communication
5. Play as crop core expert in China production team on appointed crops
6. Field HSE, IP protection

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge
1. Knowledge of seeds physiology & other agriculture technology
2. Knowledge of disease & insect pest
3. Knowledge of seeds quality

Critical experience
1. 3~5 years' vegetable seeds production experiences
2. 1~2 years' people management experiences
3. Experiences working with growers or field management by self
4. Education: college degree in Agriculture or related majors.
