Role purpose

·
Implement for all functions in country (Commercial, P&S, R&D,
L&G, SBS) Assets, People, and Information (API) security programs
including securing the required resources to ensure an appropriate level
of security for all sites across country
· Ensure consistent application of API security programs in the country to mitigate security risks
· Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of security solutions

Accountabilities

Operational responsibility

·
Link with the Territory or in her/his absence the Regional Security
Manager to implement API security programs in country
· Lead security risk assessments (Security 360°) implementation in the country
·
Support sites within the country during the formal annual review
process in accordance with the Security Letter of Assurance
·
Manage the production and timely delivery of country security
performance reports for Territory Compliance and Risk Management
Committee meetings
· Manage incidents and related investigations activities assigned by Territory Security Manager
· Provide security support for high-level event/conference in the country
·
Develop and maintain, in coordination with Territory Security Manager
an external stakeholder network (relevant law enforcement and security
colleagues)

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge

· Medium of higher professional education
· Effective project worker
· In depth knowledge of security regulations and issues
· Basic knowledge of business processes and associated risks
· Familiar with audit processes
· Knowledgeable of administrative organisation/internal control descriptions




Critical experience

· Experience in Info Sec program


· Experience in private industrial sector

Support Territory Security Manager in influencing the country
organization through proactive use of impactful
risk-based-intelligence-led security communication to increase security
performance
· Leverage, supported by Territory Security
Manager, existing resources (i.e.: HSE) to ensure security
sustainability at site level
· Drive major security change and improvement at site level by providing tactical security direction
·
Demonstrate, document and provide assurance to stakeholders that the
country has an effective security framework in the API areas
· Address security risks arising at country level in the API areas.
· Manage projects and deliver on time with high stakeholder satisfaction
