Operational responsibility

· Perform HR day-to-day operations working scope, including but not limited to:

-On-boarding and off-boarding process;
-Employee enquires answering & supports including letter generation, stamping and dispatching to employees out of BJ seeds office.
-Employee p-file Management;
-Recruitment on-site supports;
-Training on-site supports;
-Laison with respecitve with local governments.
-Laison with Syngenta HR Service vendors for local implementation.
· Any other HR ralated tasks which requires to perform locally.

Critical knowledge and experience
· 2-3 years HR or admin related experiences in multi-national company.
Experience in working with remote stakeholders.

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
· Good customer service sense and attitude.
· Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills, ready to solve the problem in the shoes of stakeholders.
· Qualified English writing skills and pleasant speaking skills, able to put ideas and opinions in writing in a suitable and understandable manner.
