3. 发现流程和技术上有待改善的方面并提供改进方案



要求：

1. 2年或以上农业经验。

2. 本科或以上学历，植物保护、农学、园艺专业。

3. 有植物育种，遗传学，统计学，植物病理学，植物生理学，分子标记的基础知识

4. 有良好的英语交流能力。

详细岗位描述如下：
Accountabilities
1. Develop and perform experimental procedures following standard protocols with minimal supervision and with a strong focus on quality and efficiency to ensure production of high quality doubled haploidy and micropropagation of important breeding materials in a high throughput environment including managing the entire growth cycle of donor plants, collection of high quality measurement data, and rigorous tracking of all processes
2. Independently perform laboratory tasks according to standard operating procedures, i.e. donor plant cultivation and medium preparation, anther culture and microspore culture, management of tissue-culture plantlets hardening,ordering chemicals & disposables, maintenance of small equipment & facility, data input and transform, and if necessarily, communicate with other lab groups to share workspace and equipment
3. Identify areas for process and technical improvements and provide solutions to increase the quality of the experiments
4. Maintenance of DH greenhouse or growth chambers
5. Plan and coordinate needs for experiments that are performed with a customer focus
6. Train and oversight of work done by technicians or technical workers to achieve accurate results
7. Ensure all operations conducted within stringent safety and regulatory guidelines


Critical knowledge
1. An MS or Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years’ work in Agronomy, Horticulture or a related field is required .
2. Basic Knowledge of plant breeding, genetics, statistics, phytopathology, plant physiology, molecular markers
3. Basic ability to communicate both (Verbal and Written) in English

Critical Experience
1. Two to three years experience in in cell culture, DH cuiture such as anther culture and microspore culture.
2. Successful academic training with good cell biology education and technical knowledge.
