要求：

1.遗传学或育种学，博士学历

2.有2-3年商业蔬菜育种经验优先

3.熟悉遗传/基因组学，育种，统计学，作物生物学和植物病理学

4.流利的中英文

北京顺义区赵全营镇板桥村先正达农场

Main responsibilities:

? Developing breeding strategy by working with other stakeholders

? Planning and executing line & hybrid breeding tasks based in China

? Coordinating with other breeding teams and local supporting team the organization of


breeding activities

? Participating in inter disciplinary activities related to breeding projects

? Contributing to the Syngenta cucumber portfolio development as a member of global


cucumber breeding team

? Growing the capabilities of cucumber breeding in China

? Developing strong networks with Chinese cucumber researchers in public sector

Qualification & knowledge:

? Ph.D. in plant breeding or genetics

? 2-3 years’ experience in commercial vegetable breeding preferred

? Good knowledge of genetics/genomics, breeding, statistics, crop biology and plant


pathology

? Good Chinese and English language skills
